Stress a little less with these Amazon finds!

Amazon is literally the most influenced and highly used multi international company right now. They have 1-2 DAY SHIPPING! Its a yes for me hunty. They know exactly what they are doing making your shopping habit worse lol. Of course this is only allowed to prime members but its $12.99 a month or lower rates for students and you can share it with other members. Which isn't bad for the amount of products you can get on there including groceries. Now as always Mental Health is a priority here. Below i will be adding amazon finds that have helped me ease my Mind, Body and Soul. Maybe one of these products can join your next self care day !


 


Dr Teals is legit magic. I always recommend the Bath Foam , Body wash or actual Salts for better results. After a long day having a nice warm bath in this is heaven. I'm usually not a fan of lavender but this will help me relax so much. I have a hard time sleeping so if you do as well give this a try!

P.S: other products of theirs you should try Glow & Radiance and Relax & Relief.






Give yourself a mini facial! Spas are getting pretty pricey and sometimes what they use is not for you. Aztec Clay has been my best friend for the past 3 years. The great thing about this product is the versatility and its natural calcium bentonite clay. I use it for my face & hair and the cleansing abilities it has is A1. My advice for face use is only leaving it for 5-10 mins. The dryness can be a bit uncomfortable or bothersome. You just mix it with water , Apple cider vinegar or both. You also want to wash your face before doing this clay mask. I added some brushes to help get the extra dirt off. I know the fellas live for things that are simple but effective. The silicone face brush is a great product my boyfriend uses and compliments a lot.












Write it out. A lot of people have trouble verbally expressing themselves and writing it down helps being able to get those feelings out. This is not an essay, love letter or resume. You free write whatever is on your mind. Journaling has helped me a lot and can help you too ! A journal is a journal. The cover, pages and creator of it is irrelevant.





Now creating that relaxing, calming aroma in your comfortable space. I personally use candles and incense but oils, plants/flowers etc are useful. My top candle is anything eucalyptus from Bath & Bodyworks, eucalyptus and coconut is my fav. Certain scents really have an influence on our memory or basic emotions. This is a great way to have a natural boost when you’re not your best motivated self. It does not have to be the most commonly used aroma scent, pick anything that gives you peace or a happy feeling.

BTW I've added this cool lighter i've been using for my candles. I hate burning my cute nails trying to catch the last of a candle or running out of lighter fluid. This thing is so cool & helpful !



If you have been working on yourself physically at the gym or home this is a MUST. Sometimes even from me sitting all day at work i get very stiff and would use this once i'm home. I'm always using it to get rid of any sore muscles . It does not get deep or hard to reach places but for a good spot or two yes. There’s a lot for $60+ so this price is honestly not that bad. Fellas/athletes this one is definitely for you if the ice and Epsom salt isn't doing enough !!!
